1. Introduction

(“the Service Provider”). By using our services and booking appointments with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

 

2. Booking and Appointments

 

2.1. Appointments can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.

 

2.2. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Service Provider.

 

2.3. To secure your appointment, a deposit of 50% is required. This is deducted from your final treatment price 

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

3.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours  in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

 

3.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs and reschedule your appointment at the earliest available time.

 

4. Payments

 

4.1. Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment, except for any deposits already paid.

 

4.2. We accept Debit, credit cards and cash (including American Express)

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

5.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the aesthetic procedure.

 

5.2. Clients are responsible for following pre- and post-procedure instructions provided by the Service Provider.

 

6. Informed Consent

 

6.1. Aesthetic procedures involve risks and potential side effects. Clients are required to provide informed consent before receiving any treatment.

 

7. Liability and Disclaimers

 

7.1. The Service Provider is not liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or unsatisfactory results that may occur from aesthetic procedures.

 

7.2. Individual results may vary, and the Service Provider makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any treatment.

 

8. Privacy and Data

 

8.1. Client information is collected and handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website and online manager.

 

9. Termination of Services

 

9.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an appointment if a client does not comply with these terms and conditions.
